We exist for the people most systems leave behind. If you've been incarcerated, are living with severe mental illness, or are working through addiction — this is a place where you are welcome, believed in, and never alone. No shame. No lectures. Just real help.

Eligibility
Who we
serve
If the system has failed you — if you've been told you're too much, too broken, or too far gone — you are exactly who we're here for. We don't require you to have it together to walk through our door. Please note: at this time we are unable to serve registered sex offenders.
Justice-Involved Adults, Ages 18+
We serve adults recently released from prisons, jails, or detention facilities, as well as those currently under community supervision such as probation or parole. CDOC supervision is one pathway — not a requirement. Both men and women motivated to achieve stability are welcome.
At Risk of Homelessness
Priority is given to individuals who face unstable or no housing. We help navigate housing resources and work to establish stable living situations as a foundation for successful reintegration.
Facing Real Barriers
A criminal record, a history of trauma, no work history, or no support system — these are barriers we know how to navigate. The harder your situation looks on paper, the more we want to work with you.
Substance Use & Mental Health Challenges
Addiction and mental illness are not moral failures — they are health conditions that deserve real care. We provide trauma-informed support without shame, without ultimatums, and without requiring perfection before you can receive help.

Recovery
Specialized, evidence-based treatment for co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Our clinicians understand that addiction and mental health are deeply intertwined — and treat both simultaneously.
